1 tsp Luvafoodie Lemon Lovers tea leaves
12 tsp Fresh Lemon juice
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Mayonnaise (I use the Avocado oil-based Mayo

1 Medium tomato sliced
Smoked Paprika or Cayenne (optional)

In a bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients together and set aside.

Chop the cucumber and tomatoes. On 2 plates, arrange the cucumber on the bottom, then tuna and add tomato as garnish.

If you like a smoky flavor, add a dash of smoked paprika before serving. If you like a little heat, add a dash of cayenne pepper. Enjoy
