In a large nonstick skillet sauté onion, olive oil, lemon juice, white wine and Garlic Lovers spice, over medium heat until onions are translucent.
Add chicken stock, chicken thighs and capers.
Cook about 15 minutes over medium heat or until chicken thighs are cooked through. Add cream to pan and cook for another minute.
Plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
