1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 Skewers
4 Mushrooms
4 Cherry Tomatoes
½ Green pepper cut into 4 pieces
½ Red Onion cut into 4 sections
1 tsp. Luvafoodie Jammin Jamaican Jerk Seasonings
Juice of one blood orange or naval orange
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Luvafoodie Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp. ginger paste

1. In a saucepan add Luvafoodie Jerk seasoning, honey, orange juice, ginger paste and olive oil. Heat for 5 minutes over medium heat.

2. Thread pork cubes and vegetables on skewers.

3. Spoon sauce over kabobs.

4. Put kabobs in a grilling pan.

5. Grill over medium heat 10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
