Yields1 Serving
 ¼ cup chopped onion
 1 tsp minced garlic
 ¼ cup chopped celery
 ½ cup chopped yellow (or red) pepper
 2 tbsp olive oil (or grapeseed oil)
 1 tbsp butter
 ¼ lb ground turkey
 1 tsp Luvafoodie Little Italy Italian Spice
 1 tsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice Blend
 8 oz canned chopped tomatoes in juice (preferred to have garlic & basil in there)
 3 cups low sodium vegetable broth
 2 cups cooked pasta (I used leftover fusilli)
 Optional: fresh parmesan cheese and fresh basil pieces on top

In a soup pot over medium low heat with the olive oil and butter, sauté the onion, peppers, celery with the garlic until onion is soft (about 5 min)

Add the ground turkey and cook 5 min until no longer pink

Add broth and pasta and both Luvafoodie seasonings to the pot

Reduce heat to low and let the soup simmer for 20 min.

Serve with fresh parmesan and basil over top
