Great Hearty Soup to serve for lunch or dinner! Serves 4-6

Yields1 Serving
 Ham bone or 2 cups of diced ham
 2 cups chopped spinach
 1 can Northern white beans
 1 can Chickpea beans
 Chicken stock
 2 carrots peeled and chopped
 ½ onion chopped
 ½ cup chopped celery
 ¼ cup parsley
 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 bay leaves

Boil ham bone for 30 minutes in 10 cups water.

Remove ham bone let cool 30 minutes then put in refrigerator until fat comes to the top, 40 mins skim the fat.

Add 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice, 1 tsp. thyme, 3 tbsp. chicken bouillon, reduce heat to low and cook for an hour.

In a frying pan sauté onion, carrots, celery in olive oil until tender about 15 minutes.

Add vegetables to chicken stock, add two bay leaves.

Add 2 cups of diced ham and beans to pot, cook for another 30 minutes over low heat.

Add 2 cups of spinach, cook for 15 more minutes.

Remove bay leaves and serve!
