4 skinless chicken breasts
½ cup cheddar cheese
Ingredients for Salsa
3 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped yellow pepper
½ cup chopped red pepper
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups chopped jalapeno peppers
1 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice
2 tbsp chopped Garlic

In a large pot mix all ingredients together.

Simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes.

Ladle hot salsa into sterilized jars, leave about ¼ inch space on top.

Process for 15 minutes in boiling water.

Preheat oven: 375 degrees.

Put chicken breasts in oven proof pan.

Top with 1 cup of salsa.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Top with cheddar cheese, bake another 5 minutes.
