 1 8 oz. filet mignon
 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
 1 tbsp. olive oil
 1 tbsp. minced yellow onion
 1 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice Blend
 Pinch of Lawry’s salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Bring filet mignon to room temp.

In a frying pan add olive oil, 1 tbsp. butter and onions, sauté until onions are tender.

Season filet mignon with Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers, salt and pepper on both sides.

Add filet mignon to frying pan with butter mixture, brown for 4 minutes on both sides.

In a small bowl mix together 2 tbsp. softened butter with 1 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice.

Top 1 tbsp. garlic butter on filet.

Transfer filet to oven proof pan bake until desired wellness.

Remove filet and let rest for 5 minutes.

Top filet with remaining garlic butter.
