Luvafoodie Butternut Squash Soup

Yields1 Serving

 4 tbsp Butter
 2 pounds Butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut 1/2-inch chunks
 0.75 cup chopped Onion
 0.75 cup chopped Celery
 2 tbsp grated Ginger
 1 Apple, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
 0.50 cup Apple Juice
 6 Chicken Broth
 2 tsp Luvafoodie Garlic & Green Herb Salt Free Spice Blend
 Parmesan Cheese - garnish

Heat butter in large saucepan until hot


Add Squash, Onions, Celery, Ginger and Apple and Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Add apple juice and broth. Heat to boiling.


Reduce heat to simmer and cook covered until squash is tender. Remove from heat and pure until smooth .


Stir in Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Spice Blend.


Garnish with parmesan cheese
