Great Summer Salad to have as a side or main dish.

2 cups of mixed greens
2 cups of arugula
1 cup of chopped pistachios
1 cup of crumbled goat cheese
2 cups of blueberries
2 cups of cooked yellow beets (skin removed and chopped)
1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Salt Free Garlic and Green Herb Spice
½ tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice
½ tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. lemon juice

In a small bowl whisk together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb spice and Garlic Lovers spice.

On a serving platter or in a large bowl add mixed greens and arugula.

Top greens with beets, blueberries, goat cheese and pistachios.

Drizzle garlic yogurt dressing on top.
