 2 duck breasts scored
 1 pint of blackberries
 1 bunch of asparagus
 1 cup of small red potatoes
 ¼ cup of honey
 ¼ cup of white balsamic vinegar
 2 tbsp. olive oil
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Citrus Lovers Spice
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Margarita Spice

Preheat oven to 375

Score duck skin on duck breasts.

In a small saucepan add blackberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, Citrus Lovers spice, cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until mixture has reduced. Set aside.

Rinse asparagus and cut off bottom ends, coat with 1 tbsp. of olive oil and Margarita spice blend.

Rinse off potatoes coat with 1 tbsp. of olive oil and Garlic Lovers spice, bake for 25 minutes on a baking sheet pan.

Wrap asparagus in foil roast in oven for 15 minutes.

In a frying pan, add duck breasts skin side down on medium high heat. When skin is brown, turn duck breasts over. Continue to sauté on until duck breasts are medium seared.

On two plates, plate duck breasts and top with blackberry sauce.

Plate asparagus and potatoes next to duck breasts.
