BBQ sauce can be poured over baby back ribs to make a fantastic BBQ Rib Dish! Also, BBQ sauce can be used on hamburgers and chicken.

 2 8oz. filets of salmon
 2 tbsp butter
 1 yellow onion
 1 garlic head
 2 tbsp dry cherry vinegar
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tbsp molasses
 1 tbsp honey
 1 15 oz. tomato sauce
 12 dried arbol peppers
 1 stick of butter
 1 tsp hickory liquid smoke

In a saucepan melt 2 tbsp. butter.

Slice and peel yellow onion and add to melted butter.

Remove garlic skins and add garlic bulbs to melted onion mixture, saute 10 minutes.

Add vinegar and Luvafoodie BBQ Lovers spice to pan, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add brown sugar, molasses and tomato sauce, stir and cook for 10 minutes.

Add dried peppers, cook about 30 minutes until peppers reconstitute.

Add BBQ sauce to blender and puree with 1 stick of butter.

Add liquid smoke.
