A lavish meal with a soothing flavor of seafood to move along with a heartbeat.

 2 Fresh Salmon filets
 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
 2 tsp. of garlic chopped
 2 tbsp. lemon juice
 1 tbsp. dry Sherry
 4 sprigs fresh lavender
 Dash Salt
 Dash Pepper

1. In a small bowl mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, sherry.

2. Remove leaves from lavender sprigs and chop.

3. In an oven proof pan add salmon filets skin side down.

4. Pour olive oil mixture over salmon.

5. Top with lavender leaves, salt and pepper.

6. Marinate salmon filets for three hour.

7. Preheat oven 375.

8. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

(Optional) Garnish with tops of lavender.
