Jammin Jamaican Jerk Halibut with Peach Salsa

A delightful, juicy Halibut jerked with fine spices to sooth your taste-buds in!

 2 fresh 8oz. filets of Halibut
 ¼ cup of Panko Bread crumbs
 2 tsp. Jammin Jamaican Jerk Spices Blends
 4 tbsp. Sesame Oil
 ¼ cup chopped into bite small pieces
 ¼ cup peach chopped into pieces
 ¼ cup of red onion
 ¼ cup of chopped red peppers
 1 kiwi chopped into pieces
 1 tbsp. of chopped finely jalapeno peppers
 3 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
 1 tsp. of minced garlic
 1 tbsp. of fresh lime juice
 1 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice
 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
 Dash of salt
 Dash of pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


In a small bowl mix together panko bread crumbs and Jammin Jamaican Jerk spice blends. Set aside.


In an oven proof pan add 2 tbsp. sesame oil.


Coat both sides of halibut with 2 tbsp. sesame oil.


Pat both sides with bread crumb mixture.


Put in oven proof pan, skin side down.


Bake for 20 minutes.


In a small bowl mix together all other ingredients, set aside peach salsa.


Plate halibut filets and top with peach salsa.
