 1 lb. ground chicken
 1 medium head butter lettuce
 1 medium yellow onion chopped finely
 1 medium peeled carrot, chopped finely
 2 cloves of garlic minced
 3 tsp. Luvafoodie Jammin Jamaican Jerk Seasonings
 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
 ½ tsp. salt
 ½ tsp. ground pepper
 Wasabi Mayo
 Hoisin Sauce

1. Rinse lettuce, pat dry and separate into cup size pieces. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl mix together chicken, onion, carrot, sesame oil, garlic, salt, pepper and Luvafoodie Jammin Jamaican Jerk seasoning

3. In a large frying pan cook chicken mixture, stir occasionally until cooked.

4. On a serving platter plate and fill lettuce cups with chicken mixture.

(Optional) Garnish with Hoisin sauce and Wasabi mayonnaise.
