Delicious peach preserves add flavor and a little heat to a moist Cornish Game Hen with crispy skin. The oranges and onions in the roasting pan make for a perfect garnish and add to plate presentation. Easy enough to be made any day of the week … but, elegant enough to be served for a holiday meal. We will definitely be making this again! CHEERS!!
