 2 chicken skinless breasts
 1 Honeycrisp apple sliced
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Happy Heart Seasonings
 ½ cup of baby carrots
 ½ cup of apple cider
 1 tbsp. olive oil
 1 tbsp. honey
 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In 8x8 pan add apple cider, ginger, olive oil, honey and Luvafoodie Happy Heart seasonings, mix together.

Add chicken breasts to pan.

Bake for 40 minutes.
