 1 whole chicken
 2 leek stems
 1 orange quartered
 1 lemon quartered
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Happy Heart salt free seasonings
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb salt free seasonings
 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
 ¼ cup of white wine (Pinot Grigio)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Rinse leeks with water, remove dirt and slice into ½ inch pieces.

In a roasting pan, add whole chicken.

Pour olive oil over chicken.

Sprinkle Luvafoodie salt free seasonings over entire chicken.

Around chicken add leeks, lemon and orange pieces.

Add wine to pan.

Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
