Heart Healthy dinner for 2!

Yields1 Serving
 2 8oz. Salmon fillets
 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Happy Heart Salt Free Spice Blend
 1 cup of Pompengrante seeds
 1 tbsp. Pompengrante balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 370 degrees.

In an oven proof baking pan mix together olive oil, pompengrante vinegar, pompengrante seeds and Happy Heart seasonings.

Place salmon skin side down in pan.

Spoon pompengrante mixture over top of salmon.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
