A nice slice of Halibut seared with tangy fruit toppings that you would gladly sink your teeth in!

 • 2 fresh 8oz. filets of Halibut
 • ¼ cup chopped into bite small pieces
 • ¼ cup mango chopped into pieces
 • ¼ cup of pineapple chopped into pieces
 • ¼ cup of red onion
 • ¼ cup of chopped yellow peppers
 • ¼ cup of chopped red peppers
 • 1 kiwi chopped into pieces
 • 1 tbsp. of chopped finely jalapeno peppers
 • 3 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
 • 1 tsp. of minced garlic
 • 1 tbsp. of fresh lime juice
 • 1 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice
 • 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
 • Dash of salt
 • Dash of pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. In a frying pan add 1 tbsp. olive oil, turn on high heat.

3. Add halibut skin side down, brown until skin is golden brown. About 5 minutes.

4. In an oven proof pan add 1 tbsp. olive oil and fish skin side down.

5. Bake for 20 minutes.

6. In a bowl combine rest of ingredients.

7. Plate halibut filets and top with fruit salsa.
