2 fresh salmon 8 oz. filets
¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Salt Free Herb Spices
2 tsp. fresh grated turmeric root (remove skin) or (powered)
2 tsp. fresh grated ginger root (remove skin)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In an oven proof pan.

Whisk together in pan all ingredients except salmon.

Add salmon filets skin side down.

Bake for 20 minutes.
