Delicious Healthy Dinner!
In a medium sauce pan add 1 tbsp. olive oil, tomatoes, tomato puree, onion and chili flakes.
Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
In a large frying pan at 2 tbsp. olive oil, zucchini and Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers. Sauté until tender about 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for another 5- 10 minutes until shrimp is cooked.
On two plates divide zucchini noodles.
Top noodles with marina sauce and shrimp.
Top with grated cheese and parsley.
