 4 eggs
 1 tbsp. chopped tomato
 1 tbsp. chopped green onion
 5 asparagus spears chopped
 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
 2 tbsp. Crumbled goat cheese
 1 tbsp. milk
 1 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice Blend

1. In a frying pan sauté 1 tbsp. butter with tomatoes, green onions and asparagus over low heat for 10 minutes.

2. In a small bowl whisk together eggs, milk and Garlic Lovers seasoning.

3. Add egg mixture to frying pan, add 1tbsp. goat cheese and cook over medium heat until eggs are cooked.

4. Plate and top with remaining goat cheese crumbles.
