 3 tsp. vegetable oil
 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
 1 medium leek, (white and pale green parts only, washed well and chopped)
 1 small onion chopped
 3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
 2 cup radishes, trimmed and quartered, plus additional for garnish
 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
 2 tbsp. lime juice
 2 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Seasoning
 ¼ cup sour cream
 2 tbsp. chopped green onion

1. Heat oil in Dutch oven over low heat.

2. Add celery, leek and onion.

3. Cover and cook until vegetables are softened but not brown. Add broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.

4. Add potato and radishes and cook, uncovered, until potato and radishes are tender about 10 minutes.

5. Remove from heat and using blender puree in batches until smooth.

6. Return to pan and add Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Seasoning and heat gently for 5 minutes.

7. Add lime juice. (This will turn the soup pale pink.)

(Additional) Garnish with dollop of sour cream, thinly sliced fresh radish pieces and chopped green onion.
