Easy and Tasty Potato Latkes to serve during Hannukah!
In a large bowl whisk together eggs, oil and Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spices.
Add to bowl hashbrowns, onions and breadcrumbs, mix together.
In a large frying pan, add olive oil or any kind of oil, bring to medium heat.
Form with your hand 3-inch potato patties and to frying pan one at a time.
Fry one side pancake for about 4 minutes, flip potato pancake and fry on other side until golden brown and cooked through. You may need to adjust temp to low after potato pancake is browned to continue cooking for a couple of minutes.
Plate potato latkes on a serving platter.
Top latkes with chopped chives and serve with sour cream and apple sauce.
