1. Score the skin on each duck breast. Season both sides of duck breasts with Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice blend.
2. In a frying pan put skin side down and cook over medium heat for 12 minutes. Turn duck breast once. Rest for 10 minutes before cutting into slices.
3. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
4. On two plates arrange mixed greens, arugula, beets, onions, pomegranate seeds.
5. Top with goat cheese
6. Top with 1 sliced duck breast per plate.
7. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
