Yields1 Serving
 1 lb. fresh ground turkey
 4 hamburger buns optional
 1 ½ tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Green Herb salt free spices
 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
 ½ cup chopped red onion
 ½ cup chopped red pepper
 ½ cup chopped yellow pepper
 1 Avocado
 1 tbsp. lemon juice

In a medium bowl mix together turkey, 1 tbsp. garlic green herb spice, onions, red and yellow pepper.

In a small bowl mix avocado with lemon juice, set aside.

Form four patties.

Season additional Luvafoodie garlic green herb spice blend.

Turn grill on medium heat.

Grill turkey patties about 5-7 minutes on each side.

Plate and top with avocado.

Serve on buns or without.
