 1 flatbread
 ½ cup of cooked cubed chicken breast
 1 small Roma tomato sliced
 1 tbsp. red onion sliced
 1 tbsp. chopped yellow pepper
 ¼ cup of fresh spinach
 2 tbsp. chopped mushrooms
 ½ cup low fat mozzarella shredded
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Salt Free Spice Blend
 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Spread olive oil on flatbread.

Top with veggies and chicken.

Top with mozzarella cheese and season with Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb salt free spice blend.

Bake for 7 minutes or until bottom of flatbread is brown and crispy.
