 Ingredients:
 1 ½ cups of Arugula
 1 flatbread
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Salt Free Spice Blend
 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
 1 ½ tbsp. of chopped walnuts

In a food processor or blender add all ingredients except flatbread.

Pulse or blend until all ingredients are mixed together, 2 minutes.

Spread mixture over flatbread.

Bake for 7- 10 minutes or until bottom of flatbread is brown and crispy.
