 2 fresh halibut 8 oz. filets
 1/2 cup marinated artichokes with oil
 2 tbsp. sliced Kalamata olives
 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
 2 tbsp. white wine
 2 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Salt Free Spices
 2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 370 degrees.

In an oven proof pan.

Mix together in pan all ingredients except halibut filets.

Add halibut filets skin side down.

Bake for 20 minutes.
