 1 thin crust flatbread (48 grams)
 3 fresh figs sliced
 2 tbsp. of truffle oil
 1/4 cup of crumbled goat cheese
 ¼ cup of diced pancetta
 ½ cup arugula
 ¼ cup of parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Spread truffle oil over flatbread.

3. Add parmesan cheese and goat cheese.

4. Top with pancetta, figs and arugula.

5. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is cooked and flatbread crisp 8-10 minutes.
