Try this interesting recipe that lathers with delicious blueberry sauce with you and your couple!

 2 Duck breasts
 ¼ cup of orange juice
 ¼ cup of Malbec wine
 1 tbsp. honey
 1 cup of fresh blueberries
 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
 Dash of salt
 Dash of pepper
 Dash of cinnamon

1. In a saucepan combine all ingredients except duck. Bring to medium heat and cook until blueberries are soft, about 15 minutes. Set aside.

2. Rinse duck breasts and pat dry. Season each side with salt and pepper.

3. In a frying pan add butter, turn up heat to medium high.

4. Add duck breasts skin side down. Cook about 5 minutes until fat is brown and crispy.

5. Turn duck breasts over and cook for another 10 minutes, over medium heat.

6. Remove duck breasts let stand before slicing.

7. Slice duck breast into ½ inch strips on 2 plates.

8. Top with blueberry sauce.
