3 Persian cucumbers sliced diagonally
2 Tomatoes sliced (thick enough to hold the weight of the ingredients)
½ Lemon (juiced and Zested)
1 tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice
1 Bulb Fresh Mozzarella sliced
810 Leaves Fresh basil chopped
⅛ cup Red onion diced
2 tbsp Olive oil Drizzle on top
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

One a plate. Spread out the tomato slices. Then top with a slice of cucumber, mozzarella.

Drizzle olive oil and then balsamic vinegar over the top of each.

Add red onion, basil and a pinch of Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers seasoning blend on top of each.

Squeeze a little bit of lemon on each.
