
Cook your pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain and reserve the pasta water.
In a separate saucepan over medium heat. Add the juice of a lemon, ¼ C cream cheese, Luvafoodie citrus spice blend, garlic powder, olive oil. Whisk these together the whole time as they warm up.
Add hot pasta water 1 tbsp at a time to the mixture until desired thickness.
Put the hot pasta into the sauce - mix until fully coated.
Serve hot with fresh grated parmesan cheese and zest the lemon over top.
Optional: May serve with grilled chicken or fish.
