A nice crunchy seafood meal that brightens your taste buds!

For Crab Cakes:
 1 can of crabmeat drained
 ¼ cup of bread crumbs
 1 egg, beaten
 ¼ cup of mayonnaise
 1 tbsp of lemon juice
 1 tsp of minced garlic
 2 shallots, chopped
 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
 ¼ tsp of Old Bay seasonings
 3 tbsp of olive oil
For Cocktail Sauce:
 ½ cup of ketchup
 1 tbsp of horseradish sauce
 1 tbsp of lemon juice
 ½ tsp of minced garlic
 ¼ tsp of Sriracha sauce

1. In a frying pan add 1 tbsp. of olive oil and onions and garlic sauté until tender about 10 minutes.

2. In a bowl add: onions, garlic, crabmeat, bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay and mix together.

3. Form into 12 mini size cakes.

4. In a frying pan add 2 tbsp. of olive oil and cook crab cakes over medium heat until each side is browned.

5. In a small bowl combine all cocktail sauce ingredients, serve with crab cakes.
