Heart Healthy dinner for 2!

2 8oz. fillets of salmon
2 tbsp. Luvafoodie Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Countryside Herb
2 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. capers
¼ cup of chopped artichoke hearts (drain from jar)
¼ cup of cherry tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp. chopped red onion
Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 370 degrees.

In an oven proof baking pan mix together olive oil, lemon juice, capers, white wine, Luvafoodie Countryside Herb spice blend, onions, tomatoes, and red onion.

Place salmon skin side down in pan.

Spoon olive oil mixture over top of salmon.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
