Perfect summer and fall appetizer.

 3 ears fresh sweet corn, blanched and cut from cobs
 1 French Baguette
 1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive oil
 4 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice blend
 1 cup of cherry tomatoes sliced
 ½ red onion, finely chopped
 ½ cucumber, finely chopped
 4 oz. goat cheese
 ¼ C canola oil

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Slice baguette into thin slices.

3. In a small bowl whisk olive oil and 3 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice blend.

4. Brush each side of baguette with olive oil Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers mixture.

5. Arrange slices on baking sheet.

6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until brown, set aside on platter.

7. In a medium size bowl combine corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and canola oil and 1 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice blend.

8. Spread goat cheese on side of crostini.

9. Top goat cheese with corn mixture.
