 3.50 Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles)
 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Salt Free Garlic and Green Herb Spice Blend
 0.50 tbsp Luvafoodie Citrus Lovers Spice Blend
 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2 tbsp White Wine
 2 tbsp Orange Juice
Mango Salsa
 1 cup Diced Mango
 2 tbsp Minced Red Onion
 2 tbsp Diced Tomatoes
 1 tbsp Minced Red Pepper
 1 tbsp Minced Jalapeno Pepper
 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice

Prepare Mango Salsa, Set aside

In a Frying pan, sauté zoodles with 2 tbsp. olive oil and 1 tbsp. of Luvafoodie Salt-Free Garlic & Green Herb spice blend. Cook until zucchini is tender, about 7 minutes over medium heat, set aside

In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp. olive oil, orange juice, white wine and citrus lovers spice blend, turn up to medium-high temperature

Add scallops, sauté until scallops are browned about 8-10 minutes

Plate zoodles on a platter, top with scallops and mango salsa
