 2 thawed Cornish hens
 2 peeled mandarin oranges
 3 ½ riced cauliflower
 1 cup chopped pea tips or green onions
 0.50 tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Salt Free Spice Blend
 1 tbsp honey
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp orange juice
 2 tbsp white wine Pinot Grigio
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tbsp lime juice
 0.50 tbsp Luvafoodie Citrus Lovers Spice Blend

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees

In a large frying pan, saute 2 tbsp. olive oil, Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb spice blend with cauliflower and pea tips over medium heat for 10 minutes. Set aside.

In an oven proof pan, add honey, wine, orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, orange sections, Luvafoodie citrus lovers spice blend, mix together.

Add Cornish Hens to pan, bottom side down.

Bake for 1 hour at 375, turn up to 380 degrees and bake another 10 minutes.

Serve over cauliflower mixture.
