Chili Lime Chicken with Mango Salsa

Serves 2, Heart Healthy Dinner

 2 skinless chicken breasts
 1 cup mango chopped into pieces
 ¼ cup of papaya chopped into pieces
 1 tbsp. chopped red onion
 1 tbsp. minced red pepper
 1 tsp. chopped finely jalapeno peppers
 2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
 2 tsp. of minced garlic
 1 tbsp. of fresh lime juice
 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Chili Lime Salt Free spices
 ½ avocado sliced

In a bowl combine all mango, red onion, red pepper, jalapeno peppers, 1 tbsp. olive oil, lime juice, cilantro.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


In a baking proof pan add 1 tbsp. olive oil, chicken breasts. Season both sides of chicken breasts with Luvafoodie chili lime salt free spices.


Bake for 35 minutes.


Plate chicken breasts.


Serve with mango papaya salsa.


Top with slices of avocado.
