Heart Healthy meal for two, and delicious!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Coat each side of tilapia filets with olive oil and sprinkle each side with 1 tbsp. chili lime rub.
Put tilapia in a 3 8x8 oven proof pan, bake for 20 minutes.
Warm tortillas up in oven for 3 minutes.
Remove skin and pit from avocado, dice avocado into pieces and add lime juice.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream and 1tbsp. chili lime rub, set aside.
On two plates, place 3 tortillas each.
Divide tilapia up into pieces and top on tortillas.
Top with, lettuce, salsa, sour cream and avocado.
