 2 8oz. fillets of fresh salmon
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Chili Lime Salt Free Spice Rub
 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 Juice of 1 naval orange

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In an oven proof baking dish mix together olive oil, chili lime spice, and orange juice.

Add salmon filets, skin side down.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes, until salmon is cooked medium.

Optional: Garnish with orange slices
