 2 chicken breasts
 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Chicken Lovers Seasoning
 ¼ cup olive oil + 1 tbsp
 4 cups cooked rice or pasta (cook according to package)
 1 tbsp fresh garlic
 1 red bell pepper (chopped in strips)
 1 cup carrot (chopped)
 3 cups fresh spinach
 1 cup broccoli (chopped)
 ¼ cup parmesan cheese

In a zip lock bag, the morning before, marinate 2 chicken breasts in Luvafoodie spice, and ¼ cup olive oil.

When ready to make the meal, put the chicken and marinade in a pan over medium heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes (depending on how thick) on each side for a total of 20 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan and cut into pieces. Put remaining liquid from the pan in a saucepan and cook the sauce over heat to reduce for 10 minutes.

Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the pan you cooked the chicken (over medium heat) and add the carrots, spinach, garlic and broccoli to sauté for 5-7 minutes.

Pour the sauce back in and warm for 2 minutes

Plate the rice (or pasta) on the bottom, then add the veggies over that, arrange the chicken on the veggies and pour some sauce over all of it.

Sprinkle it with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
