 1 Cauliflower Steak (one inch thick)
 3 Tbsp. Onion chopped
 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
 1 2 Clove garlic minced
 2 Tbsp. Olive or coconut oil
 2 Cloves garlic minced
 1 Celery stalk chopped
 1 Tbsp. Green onion chopped
 ½ C Tomatoes, chopped
 1 Tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers seasoning
 2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the cauliflower steak, celery and onions. Cook 7 minutes.

Chop the tomatoes and mince the garlic, green onions and 1 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers seasoning. Flip the cauliflower steak, add these ingredients, and cook 7 more minutes.

At the end of the 14-15 minutes of cooking, add the balsamic vinegar. Check to see if cauliflower is finished by putting a fork down in it. If easily pierces the cauliflower, it is finished.

Plate with the cauliflower steak down first and add the tomato garlic sauce over top. You can sprinkle a few green onions on top for color if you like..

I recommend pairing this with a lovely Merlot that has notes of earth, ripe fruit, and round body.
