Blueberry Pistachio Kale Salad

Four side seaweed salads served fresh.

 1 bag of Kale
 2 tbsp. chopped green onions
 3/4 cup of shelled pistachios
 1 cup of blueberries
 1 cup of goat cheese crumbles
 1/3 cup. Olive oil
 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
 2 tsp. of minced shallots
 1 tsp. of honey
 ½ tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice blend

1. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, shallots, mustard, honey, Garlic Lovers spice blend.


2. In a large size bowl mix together kale, onions, blueberries and goat cheese.


3. Drizzle with dressing.
