1 bags if romaine lettuce
½ cup purple onion sliced thin
1 pint of blueberries
1 container or raspberries
½ cup of slivered almonds
½ cup of crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. minced garlic
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

1. Rinse blueberries and raspberries and set aside.

2. In a small bowl whisk together mustard, olive oil, orange juice, honey, salt, pepper and garlic. Set aside
