Avocado Salad with Garlic and Green Herb Yogurt Dressing
Main Dish or Lunch, serves 4
1 bag of Arugula
1 bag of Spinach
2 avocados sliced
1 cup of garbanzo beans
1 cup of black olives sliced
2 cups of cooked skinless chicken breasts cubed
1 red pepper chopped
1 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb salt free spices
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
In a small bowl combine yogurt, Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb salt free spice, lemon juice and black pepper. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients.
Plate and serve with yogurt dressing.
