Boil water in a large pan and have a steamer basket or pot out.
Gently mix together. Pork, beans, onion, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, Luvafoodie Umami spice and egg white
Lay out the wonton wrappers on a flat surface.
Put 1 heaping tbsp mixture in the middle of each wrapper. Dressing With a wet finger, run water around all 4 sides of wrapper. Bring opposite corners together and pinch them to create a seal.
In batches about ½ inch apart, put wontons in steamer basket, put lid on and cook 7 min.
Plate and serve with sauce. ENJOY!
Wine Pairing Tips
I recommend pairing this with a lovely Sauvignon Blanc or a Pinot Noir that has notes of earth, crisp fruit or berry notes.
