 12 wonton wrappers
 ½ C ground pork
 ¼ C black beans
 2 tbsp. onion minced
 ½ C chopped cabbage
 ½ tsp low sodium soy sauce
 ½ Tsp Sesame oil
 ¼ tsp ground ginger
 ½ tsp Luvafoodie Umami spice blend
 1 egg white
 Optional - sweet chili sauce

Boil water in a large pan and have a steamer basket or pot out.

Gently mix together. Pork, beans, onion, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, Luvafoodie Umami spice and egg white

Lay out the wonton wrappers on a flat surface.

Put 1 heaping tbsp mixture in the middle of each wrapper. Dressing With a wet finger, run water around all 4 sides of wrapper. Bring opposite corners together and pinch them to create a seal.

In batches about ½ inch apart, put wontons in steamer basket, put lid on and cook 7 min.

Plate and serve with sauce. ENJOY!

Wine Pairing Tips

I recommend pairing this with a lovely Sauvignon Blanc or a Pinot Noir that has notes of earth, crisp fruit or berry notes.
