A quick and tasty appetizer that's best served with meat.

In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and mustard, set aside.
Rinse asparagus and cut off 1 inch from bottom of stems.
Put asparagus in a microwaveable dish.
Add 1 cup of water.
Microwave asparagus for 5 minutes.
Drain off water.
Plate asparagus and pour mustard sauce over asparagus.
You can replace the Trader Joes mustard with any substitute mustard, but we just think this works best.
