Ginger and Turmeric Salmon

Serves 2, Heart Healthy Dish

  • Yields: Serves 2


2 fresh salmon 8 oz. filets

¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp. honey

2 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Salt Free Herb Spices

2 tsp. fresh grated turmeric root (remove skin) or (powered)

2 tsp. fresh grated ginger root (remove skin)


1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2In an oven proof pan.

3Whisk together in pan all ingredients except salmon.

4Add salmon filets skin side down.

5Bake for 20 minutes.
