Garlic Green Herb Chicken Flatbread

Serve as a snack or lunch. Serves 1

  • Yields: Serves 1


1 flatbread

½ cup of cooked cubed chicken breast

1 small Roma tomato sliced

1 tbsp. red onion sliced

1 tbsp. chopped yellow pepper

¼ cup of fresh spinach

2 tbsp. chopped mushrooms

½ cup low fat mozzarella shredded

1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Salt Free Spice Blend

1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil


1Spread olive oil on flatbread.

2Top with veggies and chicken.

3Top with mozzarella cheese and season with Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb salt free spice blend.

4Bake for 7 minutes or until bottom of flatbread is brown and crispy.
